单天导游：酒店或住所接客人，游览当地名胜古迹，沿途讲解，安排餐饮娱乐。
多日导游：全程陪伴您的北京或中国之行，当地景点讲解，安排餐饮娱乐活动。
Pick-up: Airport or Station Pick-up, assist to the car, accompanying to the hotel.
Day trip: Pick up at local hotel or residence, sightseeing and arrange your meal.
Multi day: Whole trip accompanying with you. Tour and offer the related service.

1 预订信息：预定时请告知您的姓名，电话，邮箱，人数，旅游行程，需要的导游语种及出发的酒店，公司或住址信息。
2 付款方式：导游服务可接受现付，导游预订后可通过我司官方微信支付费用，或对我公司转账，个人现金转账，完成付款，服务结束后，我司开具正式发票邮寄给您
3 导游确认：完成付款后我们会给您发送确认邮件或微信告知服务导游联络方式，及我司调度紧急联络电话。
4 更改取消：我们为您指定了最轻松的取消政策，服务开始提前4小时取消，100%全额退款，距服务开始前4小时内取消，按50%付费，服务开始后变更或取消按80%付费。
5 如导游工作时间超出的服务范围，请给与小费或每小时增加100元加班费

1 Booking Info: Your full name,Cell phone,Email, NOP, details of tour, Guide Luggage. pick-up hotel, company name or residence address.
2 Payment: Need to full payment in advance to complete the reservation, Accept bank transfer or cash payment on-site, Invoice will be mail to your after service.
3 Confirmation: The tour guide‘s info and local contact person will update to your email or SMS to you cell phone. you could call us if you did not find your Guide
4 Cancellation: No charge for cancel 4 hours inadvance, 50% charge for service begins within 4 hours, 80% charge to cancel or change after service start.
5 The extra fee is needed for beyond the set time with RMB100 increase per hour based on the price
